Yoga & Cycling Class Schedule

Descriptions of all yoga and cycling classes can be found below with each studio’s location and information.

Don’t forget a hand towel and some water. Come prepared to sweat with a smile and an open mind! All classes have mats and various other props available to borrow.

Heated Yoga Flow
This all levels vinyasa style yoga class will take you through flowing movements that coordinate with inhalation and exhalation.

Cycling
45 minutes of high intensity cycling. All fitness levels welcome. Please bring sneakers or SPD compatible clips.

Cycle & Flow
30 minutes of high intensity cycling followed by 30 minutes of yoga flow. All fitness levels welcome. Please bring sneakers or SPD compatible clips.

Yoga Arms & Abs
Traditional yoga flow with more focus on the upper body and core.

Vinyasa Yoga Level 2/3
Vinyasa Flow connects breath work to movement to build strength, endurance, and flexibility. Level 2/3 classes will delve into arm balances and inversions as well as some unique sequences.

Yoga Core & Legs
Core and Legs focuses on building up and burning out our core and leg muscles in an intense and athletic yoga practice. This 60-minute class is currently available in level 2.

Outdoor Yoga Flow
60 minutes of vinyasa yoga outdoors on the lawn of Schenley Plaza or under the large white tent in the event of rain. All fitness levels welcome.

Urban Elements

Ryde
45 minutes of cardiovascular conditioning on bikes that MOVE. Our RealRyder bikes tilt and turn to mimic a real outdoor ride. They engage your core for stabilization and also incorporate your arms for a full body workout experience. All fitness levels welcome. Please bring sneakers or SPD compatible clips.

Yoga
60 or 75 minutes of vinyasa power yoga in a heated room. We are inspired by the Baptiste methodology. The physical practice connects our minds to our bodies through breath clearing the path for clarity, power, peace, and love.  All fitness levels welcome.

Ryde & Flow
60 or 75 minutes fusion class combining cycling and yoga. First half of the class takes place on the bikes as we transition into the yoga room for the second half of class for a condensed flow. It’s all about the balance. All fitness levels welcome.

Studio AM’s Color Circle Yoga, Bike, & Brunch

60 minutes of vinyasa yoga outdoors in the Southside Three Rivers Heritage Trail Color Circle followed by a bike ride (or drive) to Studio AM for brunch. All fitness levels welcome. Tickets can be purchased through Studio AM’s Event page.
